Position: Non-Profit Sales Representative
We’re hiring a full-time Non-Profit Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our community presence through in-person donor outreach and event participation. In this role, you’ll engage with local donors at scheduled events, share our non-profit’s mission, and help raise funds to support our ongoing programs. This is a public-facing position that involves regular travel to local outreach locations and meeting set fundraising or engagement goals each week. Key Responsibilities of the Non-Profit Sales Representative:
- Attend and represent the organization at local events, tabling opportunities, and community spaces throughout the week.
- Engage directly with community members to raise awareness, answer questions, and encourage support for our cause.
- Explain our mission in simple, impactful ways that help donors see where their support is going.
- Guide individuals through the donation process and ensure accurate, real-time documentation of contributions.
- Follow up with donors to build strong relationships and support long-term fundraising goals.
- Collaborate with the outreach team to meet daily and weekly engagement targets.
- Provide feedback from the field to help improve future campaigns and donor engagement strategies.
- Track and analyze donor participation, event attendance, and fundraising outcomes to help meet organizational goals.
Desired Skills & Qualifications for a Non-Profit Sales Representative:
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable standing and speaking for extended periods (3–5 hours) at indoor and outdoor events.
- Able to travel locally; reliable transportation required (mileage not reimbursed).
- Self-starter mindset with a positive attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work 35–45 hours per week, including some weekends.
- Preferred start window: within 2–3 weeks of offer.
Non-Profit Sales Representative Requirements:
- Pay Structure: Weekly base rate of $600 or 30% of donations collected—whichever is greater
- Training Period: 2 weeks of paid onboarding at $600/week
- Location: In-office for briefings + assigned community locations (rotating weekly)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts based on event calendar
- Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Person
